All orders are sent via USPS.
Free shipping on orders over $150 shipping within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. All other orders pay shipping at checkout, based on weight and shipping destination. That includes orders under $150, orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the US, and wholesale and dropship orders.
Orders are processed within 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on what we have in stock or what needs to be pressed. If we know your order will take longer than 2 weeks to ship, we'll send you an email to let you know.
Packages are sent with a subtle logo stamp on the front of the box. If you'd prefer an unmarked package, just let us know by email when you order and we'll leave it completely blank.
We may be able to ship orders outside the US. Please email jessica@sexpotapothecary.com with your shipping details, and we'll get back to you by email to let you know if we can accommodate the request, along with the estimated shipping charges.
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds on orders once they ship.
Orders that haven't shipped yet: If an order was placed by accident, was placed twice, or the payment was declined, we'll cancel it and refund it before it ships. If you think this applies to your order, please email jessica@sexpotapothecary.com as soon as you can.
Broken in shipping: If something arrives broken, we'll send you a free replacement. Just email jessica@sexpotapothecary.com with your name and order number and let us know what arrived broken, with a photo of the broken item and packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
