Sexpot Apothecary LLC ("we," "us") makes herbal tinctures for sexual wellness. You can reach us at PO Box 431, Cartersville, GA 30121, or jessica@sexpotapothecary.com.
We collect only what we need to fill your order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number. We also keep anything you send us through our contact form or newsletter signup.
Payments are handled by Authorize.Net and/or Lightspeed Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to fill and ship your orders and to help you with questions. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the store: our store platform (Ecwid by Lightspeed), our payment processors, shipping carriers such as USPS, and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
Our site uses a few cookies and similar tools:
Essential cookies. Our store platform (Ecwid) and our website host (Squarespace) set cookies that keep your cart, checkout, and login working. The site cannot work without them.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. Our store platform also collects basic store statistics.
We do not use advertising pixels or ad tracking.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working.
We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting. We keep contact messages for 2 years. After that, we delete them.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email jessica@sexpotapothecary.com. We may need to keep some order records when the law requires it.
Our products and site are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
